When you call or text us we have your phone number and whatever you tell us about the repair. That is the entire set — we do not ask for payment details through this website, and the site does not process payments.
Solely to schedule and carry out your repair: to call you back, confirm an appointment window, bring the right parts and follow up on the work. We may contact you about that specific request by phone, text or email.
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Web3Forms, which processes the submission and forwards it to us. The service area maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set cookies when a map loads. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertising networks.
This site stores one thing in your browser: your light or dark mode preference, kept in local storage on your own device so the site looks the same on your next visit. It is not an identifier, it never leaves your browser, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Service requests stay in our email and job records for as long as we need them for warranty, follow-up repairs and standard business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
